About us

It started with my parents.

Anchal Bahl, Administrator of Share Love & Care
Anchal

I started Share Love & Care because of my parents. I was not able to be the one caring for them day to day, and that stayed with me. It made me think deeply about what it feels like to need help, and what families need when they cannot do everything themselves.

I wanted to create a home where people with limited means could still have dignity, routine, good care and real human connection. A place that feels calmer and more personal than a large institution, where residents are known, encouraged and treated with respect.

In a smaller home, it is easier for someone to be truly known. Our team notices the small things: what makes someone comfortable, when they seem quieter than usual, the foods they enjoy, and the routines that help them feel like themselves.

To the family reading this: you do not have to carry this alone. We will be honest about whether we are the right fit, keep you informed, and treat your family member as a person with a life, not simply someone receiving care. Our hope is simple: that each resident feels safe, respected, and still has a life with dignity and fun.

What guides us

Inspired by kintsugi.

Kintsugi is the Japanese practice of repairing broken pottery with gold, so the cracks aren't hidden but honored. That's how we see our residents: not as people to be fixed, but as lives to be honored. Each scar, each story, is a golden thread in who they've become.
